Phyba is a new, upcoming brand formulated by one of Australia’s most knowledgeable Naturopaths, Matt Legge. Matt has 25 years of naturopathic training and experience. Over the last decade Matt has worked with some of the greatest healers, coaches, trainers, psychologists, business coaches, mentors and entrepreneurs and athletes while building a successful supplement brand, researching for product and protocol development and content creation.
Teamed up with Matt is 4x Australia’s Fittest Man, James Newbury. James spent four years as one of Australia’s top bubble athletes before qualifying for his first CrossFit Games in 2016. Since then, James has gone on to achieve 4x Australia’s Fittest Man, 5th Fittest on Earth and an Ironman finisher!
James writes a bit about his passion behind the brand…
“After years of training and competing as an elite athlete and relatively recently converting to a full plant-based diet. I wanted to create a holistic company dedicated to changing the world and creating a healthier planet. We would strive to formulate the best food products to deliver an impactful and positive outcome on all who consume them. I wanted to develop a superior 100% plant-based protein that bucked the trend of most plant proteins on the market. I aimed to overcome the gritty, poor tasting, bloat inducing stigma surrounding plant proteins.”

Phyba contains a blend of organic pea protein isolate, pumpkin seed protein, watermelon seed protein and sunflower seed protein. Milled to a fine grind with natural flavours to create a smooth texture and great taste.
Together Phyba founders researched, sourced, and gathered, milled and blended, multiple combinations of plant protein to get a high concentration of protein that contains all of the essential amino acids and delivers more than 22g per serve and it tastes great! So, Phyba added a postbiotic matrix.
